This is the PI1VBG WebSDR receiver, located in Voorburg (Den Haag). It is operated by the PI1DFT repeater group, and is located on the PI1VBG site at 65m AGL.
The receiver consists of two RTL2838U sticks with R820T2 tuner and a splitter and bandpass filter in front. Antenna on 70cm is a COMET GP-3N.

Since April 2018, the Chrome browser is reluctant to play audio on WebSDR sites.
If you use Chrome and have no audio on WebSDR sites, a workaround is to switch off Chrome's new autoplay policy, by typing chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy in the navigation bar and changing this setting from Default to No user gesture is required(and restarting the browser
